...standards of ISO9001:2000 version along with Yusen Manila.  The SGS auditors raised one (1) NCR (Non-Conformance Report) for the Cebu Office, which will be duly addressed by Yusen Management.  Thirteen (13) observations for both Manila and Cebu offices, however, were made for further improvement of the quality management system in place.  The 3rd-Party Audit was conducted by Mr. Patricio Nocon and Ms. Glenda Villaflor of SGS Philippines.
