Yusen Phils. Receives ANCA Recognition
Tree Planting at La Mesa (continuation...)
The air still smelled sweet and fresh from the previous night's downpour. But all of sudden, we heard a scream and a thud, well that's Dinah Acosta losing foothold and got mud all over her pants, she made a bumpy slide on the ground! As we went further into the forest the ground was even sticker and deeper, everyone was cautioned and held on to one another for support.

Bantay kalikasan, the organization taking care of the forest, has dug hole where we should plant the seedlings, so the allotted area was immediately done in less than an hour by 200 participating yusen employees.
This is the second year Yusen has undertaken tree planting program in cooperation with the Bantay kalikasan foundation; sharing the organization's aim of preserving the environment and help build the future for next generations to have clean and fresh water to live, cherish and enjoy.
